TOON CLI included in AgentManager's tool catalog

Hi TOON CLI maintainers — I've added TOON CLI to AgentManager, an open-source CLI/TUI for discovering, installing and updating agent tools.

Converts JSON to token-oriented notation and analyzes agent context size. The entry uses ID toon-cli, links back to this repository, and supports npm installation. Requires Node 24+. The CLI is @toon-format/cli and runs as toon, distinct from the @toon-format/toon library. Choose inputs and conversion/output options explicitly; token statistics depend on the data and tokenizer.

The addition is merged in PR #71 and available in catalog 1.0.85. Users can run:

agentmgr catalog refresh --force
agentmgr catalog show toon-cli
