[Bug]: Warn spam in console

BlockProt v1.2.7 and Paper server v1.21.9

Description of the bug

Hello there :) ..... I have an issue on my server, that spams my console. First appereance is on startup and than like every 5 min.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start server
2. See console
3. Wait like 5 minutes for another appear of the warn

Thank you for reporting this bug.

I'm not sure if the original creator of BlockProt plans to fix this issue. I created my own fork of the project with some additional features, and after reviewing the code, I found that this issue is still present there as well.

I'm currently working on a fix, so if you'd like to take a look, here's the link:
