Implement top/down split for narrow viewports / portrait on mobile

What feature(s) would you like to see in RepoSense

Currently when on portrait mode on mobile, the split view is not very usable, due to limited width.

If possible, describe the solution

A top/bottom split could be implemented for narrow viewports and on portrait on mobile,
for a better viewing experience.

Landscape mode is untouched. In my opinion, the top-bottom view allows users on mobile to view the report in a more usable way when in portrait orientation. If the user prefers, rotating to landscape gives the left-right split.

So the main benefit here is that the user can now choose whether they prefer using it with a top-down split in portrait or a left-right split in landscape on mobile.

We need to weigh the benefit against cost of implementing (and more importantly, the cost of maintenance) -- adding a new view means every future UI change needs to be tested -- and in some cases, replicated -- in an additional view.
In this case, if there is already an alternative way for the user to get a usable view of the page (i.e., by using the landscape mode), the value added by the new view is not as much.
