Understanding workbench's bundled positron vs desktop version

we have a licensed version of workbench at work and I wanted to get a better understanding of what the release cycle is like for the session images considering positron has frequent updates and so our users can have access to the features available or bug fixes

@jjjermiah There is work in progress to allow Positron to be updated more frequently than Workbench.

We have staged this PR to update the helm charts to simplify the configuration:
