Calls - next to last column

New user, in USA. The calls screen has a blank column after the actions icon before the last column of when the call happened and for all of my toll-free calls dialed starting with: 1800... or 1888.... that column says
China telecom, 甘肃定西
I have over 1000 calls in history and I don't believe there is anything other than that text on those specific patterns, or it is blank.
IF the call was dialed as +1800... or +1888... it doesn't show the text, it's blank like all the rest of the calls.

What is this field supposed to be and why does this text appear? Is it hard-coded?

Feature Request: This screen should have headings for the columns, and it would be really great if could click to Sort/reverse sort the table on either contact-number column or the days, And, if can filter by duration, start time, or type that data has to be available, so why not display it in the table?!!
