User is able to select future date as date of birth

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Reference App'
2. Click on '+' icon to add patient details
3. Click on Date of birth calendar
4. Select future date
5. Observe behavior

Expected behavior
User should not be able to select future date
