nutanix.ncp.ntnx_templates_deploy_v2 module fails to deploy vm anytime I add the ipv4_config portion.

I'm able to get the subnet: ext_id: portion working without issue. as soon as i add in the the ipv4_config and the sub sections it fails. checked syntax multiple times. I've tried on a fully build windows server 2025 OS, and then i tried one that was syspreped. both have the same issues. web searches and AI can't seem to believe it's a bug. I've tried with and without the prefix_length, i've tried with and without should_assign_ip, and all manner of combos.
