Can you add raw data case counts to the frequency panels when raw data is enabled, similar to covariants.org? I'm not sure if it will make the panel a bit crowded, but it shouldn't be an issue because it's easy to disable if not needed.

Thanks for requesting this, @keepgoing1995! We used to plot case counts in our static frequency plots, but we removed them from the plots ahead of the last vaccine composition meeting. You can find discussion of the motivation in this PR.

If you wanted to try plotting these data yourself, you could use these rules from the original workflow to prepare the case counts and then pass the resulting TSV file to frequency plotting script (by essentially reverting this commit).

This new visualization interface is still in alpha, so I'll keep this issue open for discussion among our developer team.

@keepgoing1995 Following up on your comment (which I got an email about but no longer see here), we provide a URL interface to specify model results for a given date (e.g., https://nextstrain.github.io/forecasts-flu/?tab=h1n1pdm%2Fregion&date=2025-10-17). We don't yet have a way to provide a list of past dates with model results from the website, though.

If you inspect your console log when you've loaded that link above, you'll also see that you can download the underlying JSON for the model results from https://data.nextstrain.org/files/workflows/forecasts-flu/h1n1pdm/region/mlr/2025-10-17_MLR_results.json.
