nextstrain build title is incorrect for BDBV

Current Behavior

The title on the tree associated with the new nextclade dataset for BDBV is "Andes Virus BDBV species (ANDV)"

Expected behavior

I would have expected this title to state something like "Bundibugyo ebolavirus (BDBV)"
