[Code Evaluation] Block style in block-picker modal is inconsistent with Block editor

Describe the bug
In the Code Evaluation tool (Checklist view), the block styles displayed in the block-picker modal do not match the styles used in the Block editor.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to MakeCode Code Evaluation.
2. Switch to Checklist view and click Add Criteria.
3. Under General, add Block used at least count time(s).
4. Click the "block" parameter to open the block-picker modal.
5. Select any category and observe the block styles.

Actual behavior
Block styles in the block-picker modal are visually inconsistent with those in the Block editor.

Expected behavior
Block styles in the block-picker modal should match the styles used in the Block editor.
