pxt-chibitronics throws big scary warnings when installing

Describe the bug
The instructions in the README.md say to run pxt install to set up this repository, however that fails.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. CLone the repository
2. Run npm install -g pxt
3. Run npm install

Expected behavior
The project should install as normal.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Browser node 6.5.0-next.0
• Version 60a0830

Additional context
The output of npm install warns that many packages are no longer maintained. Additionally, it looks like at least one package has invalid Python code:
