When clicking on "Submit sequences" button from /organism/submission/groupid/review the groupid is changed

I noticed that when I clicked on "Submit sequences" while being on https://pathoplexus.org/ebola-zaire/submission/232/review the groupid changed from 232 to 1123 (I landed on https://pathoplexus.org/ebola-zaire/submission/1123 rather than https://pathoplexus.org/ebola-zaire/submission/232)

This only impacts multi-group users, but still, it's not great that the group is changed under one's feet.
