Delegator UX - Finalized Prioritized Backlog #698

@ECWireless

Description

@ECWireless

After feedback is reviewed, the backlog will be updated with notes on what changed, what was accepted, and where community or Review Team feedback affected prioritization. Items may be re-ranked, clarified, merged, removed, or split depending on the feedback received.

The final backlog will remain tied to the teardown evidence, scenario analysis, gap specification, and design brief. It will also clearly identify which items are best suited for near-term retro grants and which should become larger follow-on RFPs or dedicated implementation scopes.

The goal is for the final backlog to be specific enough that at least three items can be converted into follow-on work within the RFP’s impact window.

Deliverables

  • Final ranked backlog in the Google Sheet.
  • Public feedback summary.
  • Notes on which backlog items changed after the public comment window.
  • Final classification of quick wins vs. larger follow-on work.
  • At least three clearly scoped follow-on items suitable for retro grants or future RFPs.
  • Final forum-facing summary of the accepted backlog.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Community and Review Team feedback has been reviewed and reflected where appropriate.
  • Any meaningful changes from the draft backlog are documented.
  • Each final backlog item remains tied to supporting evidence.
  • The final backlog clearly distinguishes quick wins from larger follow-on work.
  • At least three items are specific enough to be converted into follow-on retro grants or RFP scope.
  • The final backlog is suitable for acceptance by the Review Team after the public comment window.
