The draft prioritized backlog will translate the teardown, scenario analysis, gap specification, and design brief into an initial ranked set of Explorer improvement recommendations.
Each item will be tied back to evidence from the competitive analysis, scenario testing, or Explorer gap specification. Items will be scored by expected impact, severity, implementation effort, dependency chain, and confidence of supporting evidence.
The working backlog will live in the Google Sheet so it can be sorted and refined during the project. A draft version will also be posted to the Livepeer forum for the required public comment window.
The draft backlog will distinguish between:
- Quick wins suitable for retro grants
- Larger items better suited for follow-on RFPs or dedicated implementation scope
The goal of the draft backlog is to give the Review Team and community a clear, evidence-backed set of recommendations to react to before the final prioritization is locked.
