[FEATURE_REQUEST] widget - Info Banner

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe.

The dashboard is our central starting point to go to other services.
Everyone starts here, so it would be nice to have some sort of info banner to be shown on top.
This way I count inform other users of breaking changes, upcoming maintenance, etc..

I guess this currently doable with on of the html widget.
But sometimes a few lines text is enough :)

just started integrating dashy into our workflow the fact that this works fully offline/local is huge. so many tools in this space phone home for no reason. this one respects your data and your privacy rarely do you see this combination of ambition and execution in open source. most projects are either too conservative or too half-baked. this nails the balance.

Yeah, seems to be a bot. But it's rare i get comments which aren't bugs or complaints, so i'll take it 🤣

Anyway, about your feature request @Crydsch - makes sense, and I see how it would be useful, so I'll add it to the up next queue :)
