Feature Request: UPower integration

Description

It would be nice if siomon queried UPower over D-Bus, allowing for calibrated battery reporting and battery status for peripheral devices (e.g. MX Master 3 mouse)

Proposed solution

Rewrite the battery sensor to query UPower over D-Bus instead

Missing UPower over USB for APC SmartUPS battery monitoring also. Only see the Logitech mouse currently.
