LightsOut programming: menu mode

• After power on the box enters into so called menu mode.
• Each button from the same row chooses the same level: 1 to 4
• After a button has been pressed the same row of LEDs will indicate that it is ready to go into play mode (3 not so fast flashes or some other visual clue)
• Then the handler for the play mode kicks in and the only parameter that it needs is the number of the chosen level
