Describe the bug
Shape data is inserted as text to the previous inserted shape.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start a new Drawing in the Windows Desktop App
  2. Insert a shape, e.g. a circle
  3. Copy the Circle using Ctrl + C
  4. Press Ctrl +V twice without any interaction inbetween. On the second Ctrl + V the (SVG?) encoded shape is inserted as text to the previous

Expected behavior
The shape is inserted again at the current position of the mouse.

Additional context
The resulting drawio-File is attached here. I'm not ablte to trigger this behaviour after clicking anywhere, even when I click on the inserted element and the selection does not change.

The bug does not occur when using Edit -> Paste, also pressing Ctrl + V after using Edit->Paste will not trigger this bug.
The bug does not occur in the online version (tested in Firefox, Chrome, Edge).
