Places with same name appear in the wrong country

Places with the same name in different countries are grouped together and appear under the first Country - Place in the list.

I'm currently working on improving the places page by adding an asset count order. But this also includes adding the state and country to the query, which should fix this.

Asset counter would be nice, but please don't add a grouping level state to it!
Immich uses the dutch provinces as "State", but it's really not useful.
A province is relatively a small administrative part.
For a lot of places you'd first have to look up in which province it is..
So that would do more harm than good.

Or make a settings to make the state layer optional and disable it by default

There's no change to grouping, it's just the sort order of the cities (and of course the current behavior can be kept).
The states are only to distinguish the query.
