chore: proper project management

• projects should have clear unique names and clear purposes
• issues and pr's should be attached respectively
• project visibility should not be set to private

[thehairy]

Project board is set to public and now has a unique name and description.
Issues and PR's get attached upon opening.

Will see if I can find an action that does this better according to the template used or something like that. :)
