You don't have sufficient permissions to run the command.

Message: Error: INSTALLATION FAILED: cluster unreachable: failed to refresh token: oauth2: cannot fetch token: 400 Bad Request.
Set your cluster context and try again.

Message: Error: context deadline exceeded
Run the following command, then try adding the Helm repository again:
rm $HOME/Library/Preferences/helm/repositories.lock{: pre}

Message: Error: uninstall: Release not loaded: sysdig-agent: release: not found.
Re-run the command and make sure the ibm-observe namespace is included:
