Blank window if RDP is used

Describe the bug
Blank window of Copyq is visible if copyq is started during a RDP session. It cannot be moved, resized or closed.

To Reproduce
Start Copyq after RDP to your machine. With Copyq main window a blank window is also visible and cannot be moved or closed. Even if main window is minimized, the blank window remains.

Expected behavior
Not to have this blank window

Hmm, this should have been fixed in #3593. Can you apply the workaround mentioned in this comment?

Hi, sorry for the late response, the prevent_screen_capture=false solve the issue for me. I'm going to test the dev version right away!

Nope, setting prevent_screen_capture=true even with this version the problem occurs again

What about this development version? I've simplified the code so that the screen capture prevention is disabled before showing a warning dialog.
