Notable entities: Characters, Teams, Powers…

[gotson]

Comic metadata contains various entities that would be interesting to have in the Komga metadata:

• Characters
• Teams
• Powers

Those notable entities could be of various kind, and should not be restricted to the list above.

This enhancement aims to:

• provide an API to list/manage notable entities in a generic way (this could be done similarly to authors where the role is entirely dynamic)
• include filters in the WebUI
• import metadata for such entities for existing metadata formats like Comicinfo.xml
