CLI HTML report differs from web app and renders incompletely

Hi,

The HTML generated does not behave like the hosted web app for the same font inputs.

What happens

When generating a standalone HTML report from the CLI and opening it locally, the result is partially broken:

• some sections do not render completely
• top-right controls do not work reliably
• tooltips / UI behavior are inconsistent
• The hosted web app works correctly for the same comparisons.
