Cannot login, No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

Hello, sorry to bother you.

I cannot login, I keep getting request at 'http://localhost:8000/api/login' from origin 'http://localhost:3000' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

I tried to create middleware Named Cors, where I add:

                // create middleware
              php artisan make:middleware Cors

                // app/Http/Middleware/Cors.php
                  return $next($request)
                     ->header('Access-Control-Allow-Origin', '*')
                     ->header('Access-Control-Allow-Methods', 'GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, OPTIONS');

                // And then in I tried first add in RouteServiceProvider,
                     Route::prefix('api')
                        ->middleware(['api', 'cors'])

                // Then tried in api.php

                   Route::post('/login', function (Request $request) {

None of them worked. So please help me.

And keep in mind, I use the api-boilerplate.

It was because I used php8.0, I had to use php7.4
