Hi guys! I'm one of the package maintainers of Grayjay for NixOS.
https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/blob/master/pkgs/by-name/gr/grayjay/package.nix
I've noticed on your GitLab, tags frequently get "re-tagged" / pushed forward, this breaks the package hash which we have to manually update.
Now presumably the main issue here is more on me for updating the package too quickly. But I think in the past tags have been created and then pushed forwards weeks later. How do you guys decide a tag is final / you won't push it forwards? I really like Grayjay and I've been using it for the last two years and am always a bit keen on updating the package when releases come out for the latest set of fixes or features!
