Disable non-working Travis CI integration on electron-json-storage

Travis CI is suddenly not associated with https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-json-storage anymore for some reason. Given such check is required, no PR can be merged.

Can an admin make the Travis CI check non-required so I can merge this security patch?

I'll switch to GitHub Actions afterwards.
