Fly deploy workflow does not set the API_KEY

The Maptiler api key is not set after an automatic deploy, so Maptiler does not render the vector tiles

Work around: run fly deploy from a console afterwards.

      VITE_API_KEY: ${{ secrets.VITE_API_KEY }}

and VITE_API_KEY is set in the "main" repo "ndrean/liveview-pwa "...

and fly ssh console -C "printenv" prints correctly the "VITE_ApI_KEY"

and fly.deploy runs from the console where VITE_API_KEY is set as secret in Fly.io.
