ImageGlass Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

By submitting a contribution to the ImageGlass project, you agree to the following terms:

1. Grant of Rights

You grant the project maintainer a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your contributions as part of the project.

2. Patent Grant

You grant a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license for any patent claims necessarily infringed by your contribution.

3. Your Representations

You confirm that:

  • The contribution is your original work, or you have the right to submit it
  • You have obtained permission from your employer, if required
  • You are legally able to grant these rights

4. Third-Party Content

If your contribution includes third-party material, you must:

  • Retain all original licenses and notices
  • Clearly disclose such material in your contribution

5. No Warranty

Your contributions are provided “AS IS”, without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Public Record

You agree that your contributions and associated information (such as your name and GitHub username) may be publicly visible and stored indefinitely.

7. Acceptance

By submitting a pull request, commit, issue, or any contribution, you agree to this CLA.
