Add support text for Windows as well, in the Descriere.html document within the ANAF archive

In the „Descriere.html” document that can be found in the ANAF archive, add additional support text explaining how to set it up for Windows.

Change text from step 4 to (if possible also keep the pictures, if not just the text):

• Dacă folosiți sistemul de operare Windows, apăsați pe "Meniu" în colțul din stânga sus, iar din meniul care se deschide să selectați „Form Options” și apoi „Import Data”.

• Dacă folosiți sistemul de operare IOS (Apple), apăsați pe „Edit”, iar din meniul care se deschide să selectați „Form Options” și apoi „Import Data”.
