add containerd annotation support for checkpoint metadata parsing

Check for containerd annotations (io.kubernetes.cri.sandbox-namespace,
io.kubernetes.cri.sandbox-name, io.kubernetes.cri.container-name)
before falling through to the CRI-O parsing path.
