Not all UI elements are included in the colour themes

The Public/css/module.css.php file needs to be updated to included all elements that can be colourised (including other Modules)

I'm on it: All UI elements tested so far for FreeScout core, Enhanced Editor, Spam Filter, Saved Replies, Tags, Two-Factor-Authentication, Customization, Customer Management. Knowledge Base to follow, and I will file a Pull Request when done.

Thanks for providing your FreeScout module, giving me the much needed starting point for a consistent customization!
