  1. See reproduction link
  2. See reproduction link
  3. None

Current Behavior

When having a series with a time based x-axis, 'coord' mark points values are undefined. Using a type 'max' markPoint, the value is shown. Using a formatter with the 'coord' markPoint, {c} is shown as undefined.

Expected Behavior

The value of the 'coord' markPoint should be shown just like with the 'max' type markPoint

Environment

- OS:win 11
- Browser: chrome
- Framework: -

    @helgasoft

    yes, value is not set for format:'{c}' - it's a bug.
    workaround is to use formatter: x => {return x.data.coord[1];}

    @scenerecap

    Still reproduces in ECharts v6.1.0 (2026-10-20, Chromium 151):

    1. Create a line chart with a time x-axis.
    2. Add a markPoint defined by coord: ['2024-03-01', 198] with label.formatter: '{c}'.
    3. The pin label renders as undefined instead of 198.
    4. Same chart with label.formatter: p => p.data.coord[1] renders 198 correctly.

    The {c} template variable is not populated for coord-based markPoints on a time axis — params.value is undefined; data.coord[1] is correctly set. Workaround: use the function form.
