Second program name based rule is replacing the program name of first rule

I have added 4 URL rules and then a program name rule and then another URL rule. On adding the second program name rule, browsed and selected program name is replacing the program name for the first rule instead of the last selected rule.

Definitely a bug, will fix in 5.7.
