Describe the bug
On windows, after installing with uv get:

winget install --id=astral-sh.uv -e
Found an existing package already installed. Trying to upgrade the installed package...
No available upgrade found.
No newer package versions are available from the configured sources.

uvx acconeer-exptool[app]
Package acconeer-exptool does not provide any executables.

Thanks for the report. This error is what uvx prints when it runs against a cached install of acconeer-exptool ≤ 7.17.5 — the acconeer-exptool console script was only added in v7.17.6 (Feb 2026). v7.18.1 on PyPI does ship the entry point, so a fresh resolve should work.
Could you try one of:

uvx --refresh "acconeer-exptool[app]"

or, if that still fails:

uv cache clean
uvx "acconeer-exptool[app]"

Also worth quoting the extras on Windows (PowerShell can treat [app] as a glob pattern).

If it still fails, please share uv --version and the full output, that'll tell us whether the resolver is somehow pinning to an older version.
