@Nriver #9407 , I picked up the issue and solved the UI overlap for “Add a New Attribute.” Let me explain how.

First, I created a useState hook for isMenuOpen with the default value false:
const [isMenuOpen, setIsMenuOpen] = useState(false);
Then, I added a conditional statement for the text:
text={
isMenuOpen
? ""
: escapeQuotes(t("attribute_editor.add_a_new_attribute"))
}
When the click function runs, I set:
setIsMenuOpen(true);
Then, inside contextMenu, I used the onHide function to reset it back to false:
onHide: () => setIsMenuOpen(false),
Regarding the issue with the label definition details, on my side it is not overlapping. Now every think goes well.
