Vertical row align for columns with different sized fonts

Hi,
Could you help me to vertical align the rows. Can the smaller font align in the middle of its cell (not affected by the text's size of the neighbouring cells)?

If anyone is wondering, I use the adjustbox solution from here and set fbox to 0pt

If anyone has better solution feel free to update.
