When page break on multi-row, text is over line.

I am run on TeX Live 2022 and Windows 10 with pdflatex. The table data is from tex.se. The last line of the first page and the first line of the second page are merged into one cell, which will appear as shown in the figure. Whether this situation can be avoided automatically.
