<p></p><p>The ideal solution for TreasuryConnect will be a unified ServiceNow workflow platform that connects Treasury, Finance, and Banking operations in real time. The goal is to automate cashflow visibility, bank instruction processing, and payment approvals while eliminating delays caused by manual reconciliation, paper-based processes, and fragmented ERP integrations.</p>
<p>Through ServiceNow’s App Engine, we can design a custom Treasury Management Portal that automates the following:</p>
<p>Payment Instruction Workflows – Digital approval routing using <em>Flow Designer</em> and <em>Service Catalog Requests</em> for fund transfers, FX purchases, and supplier settlements.</p>
<p>Cashflow Monitoring Dashboard – Using <em>Performance Analytics</em> and <em>Reporting</em> to visualize inflows, outflows, and bank balances in real time.</p>
<p>ERP &amp; Bank Integration Layer – Leveraging <em>IntegrationHub</em> and <em>Spokes</em> (such as REST, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics spokes) to connect ServiceNow with existing ERP and banking systems.</p>
