<p></p><p>Using <strong>ServiceNow’s ,</strong> we can create:</p>
<ol><li>A simple <strong>form for hospitals</strong> to submit blood requests (using a <strong>ServiceNow catalog item</strong>).</li><li>A <strong>Donor list</strong> (ServiceNow table) that stores donor names, contact info, blood type, and availability.</li><li>A <strong>Flow Designer</strong> workflow that: </li></ol>
<ul><li>Starts automatically when a new request is submitted.</li><li>Finds all donors with the same blood type.</li><li>Sends them <strong>email or mobile notifications</strong> asking if they can donate.</li><li>A <strong>Yes/No response button</strong> on the notification that updates their status.</li></ul>
