[BUG] Campaign Start Timer issue

Describe the bug
It won't let the campaign start past the start time (Shows Starts in -[seconds])
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'staging.alpha.potlock.org/campaigns'
2. Create a campaign
3. When it's the time for the campaign to start.
4. See error
