conda install -c bioconda get_mnv

Or take an asset below: the _cli archives hold the command line tool,
and the rest are desktop app installers. On macOS the app is not signed
with an Apple Developer certificate, so on first launch right-click it,
choose Open, then Open again in the dialog.
