Kubernetes, how?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to get this working in Kubernetes, ripping my hair out, can't find any examples online. How is this supposed to be done?

i think you could create 3 pod with associate services (and the proper gateway route or ingress). each pod should rely on docker image found in docker-compose.
for this you could use the tool Kompose to generate from docker-compose file the appropriate yaml for K8s and add necessary env variables that are not in the compose file in each deployment files. (i think about the MONGODB_URI, SERVER_URL, SMTP, etc...)

Yeah need a lot more info than that, I've already switched to another tool that actually works.
