How to restart an already created sandbox?

As far as I'm aware, there isn't currently a dedicated openshell sandbox restart command.

The typical workflow is either:

• Start an existing stopped sandbox (if it supports being started again), or
• Delete and recreate the sandbox if you want a fresh environment.

If your goal is simply to recover from a transient issue without losing the sandbox state, it would be helpful to know:

• Which version of OpenShell are you using?
• Which sandbox driver are you using (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, etc.)?
• Is the sandbox in a stopped state, or has it become unhealthy?

If there isn't currently a restart command, I think it would be a useful enhancement, as "restart" is a common operation users expect and could internally perform a stop followed by a start while preserving the sandbox metadata.

Perhaps one of the maintainers can confirm whether there's an equivalent command or whether deleting and recreating the sandbox is the recommended approach today.
