OpenCode: subagent just uses grep/glob tools

@semble-search subagent in opencode just ignores semble search and just uses glob / grep tool calls. I took https://github.com/rmk-rs/rmk/ as a test repo, and prompted:

@semble-search Find out where in the repo stenography is implemented

Having thought about this some more - this should be redone as a skill: https://opencode.ai/docs/skills/

It's a little sub-optimal to have a subagent that exists for a few moments to do some CLI calls, and then hand a summary of those results back to the main agent - when the main agent should just do that itself via a skill.

Hey @jpds, thanks for reporting. Which model are you running? It's odd that the subagent isn't using Semble even with the subagent instructions clearly telling it to. However, we can add deny rules to it to fix this as you suggested.

On the skill idea: we can also do something like this, though I think it's quite similar to the AGENTS.md integration we already offer (which is essentially what the skill would be, but defined directly in the AGENTS.md). I think the AGENTS.md solution is a bit nicer because it doesn't really on automatic discovery, and the Semble instructions are quite short and clear. If you want though, I think you can just take https://github.com/MinishLab/semble/blob/main/src/semble/agents/opencode.md and copy it to .opencode/skills/semble/SKILL.md for example.
