Enable multiple tests per cut for `sim_gs_n()`

Follow-up to https://github.com/Merck/simtrial/issues/222 and https://github.com/Merck/simtrial/pull/229

`sim_gs_n()` can currently handle a different test per cut now that the test functions have been standardized. The next step is to enable multiple tests per cut.
