connection to batsi.mit.edu failed

Hi, all. I am replicating some experiments. e.g natl_box_adjoint,

1. however the access to get some input files are refused. wget -nd -r -A"PH*" http://batsi.mit.edu/datasets/MITgcm_input_files/MITgcm/verification/natl_box_adjoint/input
2. besides I do not get cvs command, it says command not found when I do cvs co xxx

Few experiments in this repository are not maintained and no longer "working", which is the case of this natl_box_adjoint set-ups.

Two things:

1. A proper list of which set-up is maintained and witch one is not will be added to this repository in PR Catching up with MITgcm/verification updates #73
2. In general, a good starting point is to look at experiments from https://github.com/MITgcm/MITgcm/tree/master/verification , all maintained and working, with some documentation there https://mitgcm.readthedocs.io/en/latest/examples/examples.html
