Jobs to be done (optional)

We're seeing a drop off in users around the networking configuration. The theorized reasons are the following:

• Different personas setting up the DCGW (platform eng) vs. configuring the network (network eng)
• We're lacking information on network architecture in general, but also how Kong and the customer's cloud providers interact, so Kong's network is a black box and it's not clear how to connect the two.

Definition of done

• Also need to link to the DCGW production readiness guide where it makes sense since that contains some network infos
• Consider how networking info is presented. Should it be it's own reference so users read how things are structured with a "configure the Kong network" type thing at the end for platform eng?
