[Bug] Audio and Video Desync

Describe the bug

Audio and Video are not synchronized. I didnt really notice until watching a musical performance tutorial and then it hit me, all the video lags behind the audio by a significant amount.

I tried VP9 and AVC1. I think all settings related to streaming are default.

play any video in normal mode or pop-up

yea happens when going from playback to pop-up and vice versa. with SABR forced waiting this is a little agony (⁠ʘ⁠言⁠ʘ⁠╬⁠)
