[Feature request] Displaying a circular "progress bar" when changing the playback speed using a gesture

Feature Description

Currently, the only indicator of a change in playback speed via a gesture is a small text label, which we end up covering with our finger when performing the gesture in the center of the screen. I suggest adding a circle similar to the ones used for brightness and volume controls, which would provide feedback and better illustrate the user’s actions. This is how it was implemented in the now-defunct NewPipe fork called Tubular. This solution also allows us to leverage existing mechanisms, so it should be easy to implement.
